Maybe it’s the blooming tulips all over NYC or the Austin Powers fan in me, but when I saw this groovy Tory Burch top, I instantly caught spring fever. The patterns are reminiscent of 70s wallpaper, and the little buttons on the cuff are a flower child’s dream. I paired the flouncy blouse with light blue skinny jeans and Schutz wrap sandals, but once it gets a little warmer I’ll try it with a button-down denim skirt. Honestly, could there be a more perfect top for spring? 👓
