One of my favorite areas in NYC is Chelsea because I’m a huge contemporary art fan and the neighborhood is chock-full of amazing galleries. This past weekend I was on a post-brunch stroll in the area and discovered the most peaceful little rock garden tucked away in the courtyard of Jim Kempner Fine Art.

I was wearing my Rag & Bone cropped flare jeans, which have become one of my favorite pairs because they can easily be dressy if paired with heels, or very rock ‘n’ roll if paired with buckled booties. I know the silhouette has been trending for a while, but I was always afraid to try it because I felt like I was wearing awkward high-waters. But I’m glad I took the leap, and if you’re on the fence, you should too! You won’t regret the extra level of chic (rocker or otherwise) that they bring to your outfit. ๐Ÿ‘“
